Happy Holidays!

 

Before you drive home to spend time with your family and friends I’d like to wish you a wonderful time!

I’m moving house and visiting my folks in Germany — chances are you won’t see or hear from me until January.

Don’t worry, we’ll make up for it when I’m back. It will be all systems go in terms of mastering the Candida diet, getting relief from Candida and even shedding a bit of weight (should you wish to!), so you can start the year with more energy and a new zest for life!

In the meantime feel free to browse my blog and recipes… just don’t go overboard with drinking mulled wine and eating cookies!
